Insolvency and Liquidation
We provide services and advice for company’s liquidation including members’ voluntary liquidation and creditors’ voluntary liquidation and related matters.
Accounting and Bookkeeping
We provide modern and computerised management accounting and bookkeeping services to our client. Also, we strive to assist our clients to set up accounting systems. Our accounting and bookkeeping team is working independently and separated from the audit and assurance teams.
Secretarial and Nominee Services
Our business partner, Chinese Secretaries and Managers Limited, provides a wide range of services including formation and supply of companies in and outside Hong Kong, annual maintenance of companies, provision of nominee shareholders, filing of statutory annual returns, assisting in application of various licences, assisting in convening shareholders’ and directors’ meeting and drafting of minutes, liaising with professional advisors and/or making appropriate arrangements on behalf of our client for legal work statutory audit and tax work etc.
Taxation
We provide all aspects of corporate and non-corporate income taxes for business ranging from limited companies to personal income tax returns. We also provide advice, counsel and planning on tax matters to our clients. Our taxation team is working independently and separated from the audit and assurance teams.
