Mr. Ting is the founder of Ting Ho Kwan & Chan in 1987. He has over 50 years’ experience in the auditing, taxation, financial and management consulting. Stephen is a non-executive director of one listed company and the independent non-executive director of six listed groups of companies in Hong Kong. Stephen was awarded Medal of Honour from the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2004. Besides, he was the member of the 9th, 10th and 11th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Fujian and is a director of Huaqiao University. Also, he is a registered manager of two secondary and primary schools and is the honorary directors of some public service organisations and member of 2021 Election Committee of HKSAR.
Stephen is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in United Kingdom, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Fellow and Tax Advisor of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is also a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Mr. Chow has over 30 years’ experience in auditing and taxation profession. He worked in a big four accounting firm for over 6 years. He has experience in Initial Public Offerings, audit of listed company, audit of PRC companies, large scale audit assignments, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and corporate governance. He is also an independent non-executive director of a listed company in Hong Kong.
